Before you begin this installation process, do the following:

• Make sure that the required hardware and software components are in place and working.
• Read the Release Notes for disk-space requirements and for any last-minute changes or additions to the documentation.
• Temporarily disable any screen savers and turn off any virus-detection software.
• Make sure that all other applications are closed. Otherwise, you may corrupt shared files, and the Install program may not run properly.

Use this format to run the install in silent mode:

Setup.exe /s/v"/qn"

To display a prompt when the installation is complete or when it fails, use the + parameter as follows:

Setup.exe /s/v"qn+"
