Importing passwords
When importing a user for registration, Domino Upgrade Services compare the length and complexity of the user's existing password against the specified password quality scale. If the existing password does not meet or exceed the standards for the given password quality scale, the registration status will indicate that the user's password needs to be modified before successful registration can occur.

Domino Upgrade Services for Windows NT and for Active Directory do not import passwords from a domain list.

You can modify the passwords of users in the registration queue as necessary. Select the user in the Registration status box, edit the password in the Basics pane, and click Apply to update the status.
