"URL Access Denied" message trying to open certain Web pages
If users try to open a Web page and a "URL Access Denied" message appears, check the "Internet Site Access Control" section under Server Tasks - Web Retriever in the Server document for the Web Navigator server to see if you prevented access to that Internet server.
